All cards are enclosed in beige envelopes. If you send your order with "no selection", we will pick the most appropriate one for the occasion.

SHIPPING

Orders received before 2 PM EST ship same day via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 4 to 6 days from the date of purchase for delivery. Instead of USPS Priority Mail, we might prefer using UPS Ground Service for larger packages depending on destination and shipping weight (usually for velvet boxed items or multi-piece orders). In this case, flat shipping rates will remain the same.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive a delivery confirmation or tracking number prior to shipment.

Although Global Express Mail is the most affordable overseas carrier, none of the Overseas US Postal Services provide Delivery Confirmation Number.(except to only a few countries). No Delivery confirmation provided for APOs, FPOs, overseas Military Bases or US possessions.

SHIPPING

The total time you have to wait for any order is Lead Time + Transit Time. Lead time is the time it takes to process your order at the warehouse. Transit time is the time it takes our courier service (DHL, Fedex, or UPS) to deliver your order. For most orders, lead time is 5-7 business days and delivery time is an additional 4-5 business days. Once you have placed your order online, you should allow a total of 10 days for your order to reach you.

Reminder: Shipping and handling is FREE World Wide for all Decorative Arts purchases.

When your order is filled, our sales department will send you an email with the DHL tracking number. You can also track DHL deliveries by telephone by calling 1-800-CALL-DHL from the US.
