We guarantee that all transactions are processed in a secure encrypted environment, using State of the Art Technology to protect your privacy and accounts. Checks are no longer accepted. Please, when sending a Money Order, use the 'Check' Payment Option during Check Out. Note that when the preferred form of payment is a Money Order, orders are not processed until it has been received.

If the item has a manufacturer’s defect or is damaged during shipment, a claim via email, must be filed within 5 days of receipt of the item. After approval, the item will be returned to the factory and must be in the original packaging. After your claim has been processed, the manufacturer will either replace the item, or a full refund will be provided. In either case, we will be responsible for all the associated shipping costs.
All Other Purchases
Refund or exchange requests are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product you received has been damaged in transit
- You have received an incorrect product; i.e. the product you received is a different product with a different item number.
- The product you received is significantly different than that advertised on-line
How to handle damaged shipments
If you receive a product that is damaged, you must inform our Customer Service team at CustomerService@ClassicCurios.com within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery. We will process refund requests for damaged shipments only if informed within this timeframe. Digital photos will be requested from the customer to help our professionals assess the damage incurred. When digital photos are received for your damaged shipment, we will file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Because this process is time-consuming, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to prodess your refund request.
How to handle return and refund requests, other than damaged shipments:
Please email our Customer Service department at CustomerService@ClassicCurios.com with your return/refund request and the reason for your product return, along with digital photos of the product, within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery. We will process your refund request only if informed within this time-frame.
Important Information for all returns/refunds:
If your refund/return request is accepted, you will be responsible for return postage to the return address we provide to you.
